I reviewed 47 plus PRs and kept seeing the same Drupal mistakes, services called directly in classes, missing proper try catches, and hook implementations ignoring Drupal 11 hook attributes. To fix that, I introduced Drupal AI, production ready AI workflows built as skills, agents, rules, and hooks. I demoed three skills, Drupal services for dependency injection, DrupalHooks for Drupal 11 attribute based hooks, and Drupal htmx to refactor an Ajax color picker to htmx with the same experience.
