🇬🇧 Most productivity problems aren’t technical. They’re personal.
Summary:
In this video, I share a simple but uncomfortable truth about productivity: most blocks aren’t technical — they’re personal.
We often think we’re stuck because of complex features, decisions, or work pressure. But many times, the real issue is unresolved personal weight running in the background — guilt, unfinished conversations, or things we haven’t healed yet.
When I stopped carrying that “backup” in my life and made peace where it mattered, my mind became clearer, my sleep improved, and my work got better.
This is not a quick hack. It’s a process. But lightening that mental backpack is one of the most powerful productivity decisions you can make.
